Welcome to Jonathan Gloag Academy one of the best private primary schools in Kenya with exceptional performance over the years. Our founder Dame Ann Gloag has given us unmatched vision which is very inspiring, and I am particularly humbled to have been given the opportunity to lead this great team.
Our model is particularly unique as other pupils from families around Nairobi the capital are able to lean as equals with the orphans from Thomas Barnardos children’s homes with love. We have a dedicated team of both teaching and non-teaching staff who have pure passion to impact pupils in a positive way. We teach value system from early age throughout with Christian foundation that have given us excellent results which has been consistent even after they leave. It is important for us that all pupils throughout their learning period to enjoy their studies.
We believe that teachers, pupils and parents must work very closely for us to achieve the main objective. We are particularly renowned for ensuring that we have an all-round pupil not just focussing on academics alone.
Each pupils has a gift and special talent that we help them find in the course of the time they are with us.
As we celebrate our twentieth anniversary this year, I want to pass my sincere gratitude to the founder Dame Ann Gloag for giving us her great vision, Board of directors, staff pupils and parents who have made this possible without forgetting all the staff who started before us. Lastly such results regardless of the team we might have cannot happen without God and as we say in our school motto, In God we trust.
